Setup Steps
Preliminary Notes
- This setup only applies to company data within Office 365 apps.
- Your company cannot access personal data outside of these apps or track your location.
- Screenshots may vary slightly due to company branding.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Download the App:
- Install the Intune Company Portal app by Microsoft from the App Store.

Open the App:
- Launch the app and tap Sign In.

Sign In:
- Select your account if it appears, or add a new account using your Office 365 credentials.

Begin Setup:
- Tap Begin on the setup page.

Understand Permissions:
- Review the list of actions the app can and cannot perform on your device.
- Tap Continue to proceed.

Download the Management Profile:
- Tap Continue to start the download.
- When prompted, tap Allow to download the profile.

Install the Profile:
- Go to Settings > Profile Downloaded and tap Install.
- Enter your device passcode when prompted.
- If an error occurs, restart your device and try again.

Complete Installation:
- On the warning page, tap Install and then Trust to finalize the setup.

Return to the App:
- Switch back to the Company Portal app and tap Done.
Post-Setup Confirmation

Device Compliance:
- The app will confirm that the device is properly configured.
- Tap Continue and then Done to complete the setup.

Recommended Apps:
- A list of recommended company apps will be displayed.
- Download these as required.
